Hello all. Like the title says, during my weight loss journey I’ve encountered this minor issue and am not sure how to remedy it?
I started at 129 and have made it down to 119. I lost 10 pounds and feel great that I’ve accomplished that. One thing I’m confused about is my waist line. I read all the time that people lose weight and also lose x amount of inches on their waist line but my waist is still 27 inches, same as when I started.
What do I do about this? Am I measuring myself wrong? Or is it something about my workouts?
For reference, I do Pilates/yoga and I run. I also do CICO and use the my fitness app to track my meals. I figured I’ve been doing everything right but I can’t get my waist to change at all! Just need some advice on this. Thank you all!
