Yesterday I officially got back into weight loss mindset, and started my first yoga solo lesson.

I always hated most forms of exercise, especially gym workouts, but I feel like yoga may be different. I actually feel the right burn and it is not underwhelming like beginnings at the gym.
However, I noticed that for many people yoga plays no part in their weight loss and that really discourages me. So how effective yoga really is for weight loss?
I'm a 178cm tall male, I weigh 90 kilograms.
