Hi everyone!
I started my weight loss journey last year and got down from 280 to 225, but I fell off the wagon during quarantine and am now at 252 lbs. I’ve found that I’m the most motivated and able to stay on track when I have some external accountability, so I’m looking for an accountability/ motivation friend!
Personally, I follow along with r/1500isplenty and just recently started Obe home workouts. I also walk my dog a lot and try to get in 8-10k steps a day.
I’d love someone to share MFP and meal pics with, motivate each other to workout, and just generally have a friend throughout my weight loss journey. I’d love to connect with anyone on a similar journey. Let me know if that’s you!
