Help for a Beginner/Soon-to-be quitter

Hi! I'm new here. I'm a 23 yo male who weighs about 81kg (~178 lbs) and is arond 170cm tall (5'7). My goal of weight loss is around 70ish (154 lbs). I just started trying to lose weight for over a week now, and been on a strict calorie control (I use a kitchen scale for everything I do). However, I'm already thinking of giving up, for a couple of reasons:

- I'm feeling really hungry all the time (no, not in "waves" as people describe. A constant, worsening feeling followed by headaches, irritability and short attention span)

- My sleep quality has decreased a lot since I cut calories. Now i wake up in the middle of the night and take a good 1-1 1/2 hours to go back to sleep

- Maybe I'm not normal or am doing something wrong but I find that protein sates me waaaay less than carbs. I could eat a bowl of rice or pasta and be done for a while but the same amount of cals of chicken/fish/whey don't even take the edge off my hunger

- To top it all off: I see no results on my scale/fat percentage. I know it's not been a long time but I started at 81 kg flat and now, if anything, I'm a little fatter at 81.5 kg.

I tried everything. I only eat whole foods, I fill my plate with low-carb veggies such as Broccoli. I tried switching my calorie goals higher (started at 1500, moved to 1900).

I would really appreciate some advice as to what I should do. I'm kind of in my last leg before giving up entirely. As I'm writing this right now, my head is pounding and I'm looking frustratingly at my Fitness app saying i have no leftover cals to spare. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
