Hi all, we have officially hit the two week mark so wanted to update y’all. I am currently down 4.8lbs. I’ve been running 4-5 days a week. Typical run would be a 2.5 mile/30 min run but I’ve started sprinkling in 5 mile/hour long runs in there too. Starting today I am also adding in IF. I have been successful with IF in the past so hopefully this will help boost my weight loss. Updated the progress on the resolutions below.
I set two fitness related New Years resolutions:
- I want to run 500 miles by years end.
- I want to average 8,000 steps a day.
So far I’ve run 31.95 miles and am averaging 11,010steps. We’ve got this!
