Hello, folks. I was wondering if I could have your thoughts on refined carbs when it comes to losing weight. When people want to lose weight, I've noticed that one of the first things that they do is cut back on or completely eliminate refined carbs from their diet. I have always wondered why people do this when all they need to do is be in a calorie deficit. I then learned that cutting back on these foods help fight hunger. I have been thinking about doing this, but my only concern is gaining weight after re-introducing them into my diet. What do you guys think? Do you suggest cutting back on refined carbs when on a weight loss journey? Or should I just worry about being in a deficit?
