College Calorie Tracking

Hey everyone, I've been doing the keto diet (not looking for any criticisms or opinions on it- I'm loving it a lot), and before I came to school I was doing a lot of calorie and macro tracking which really helped me stay on track with everything.

Now that I'm at school- I can feel my weight loss slow down since I can't track the dining hall foods. MFP won't have all the same recipes as the dining hall and I don't know the serving sizes of the healthy foods I'm getting. I live in my school's barracks (housing for the 800 army cadets on campus) and don't have the money or facilities to cook my meals myself. I'm trying to keep all my meals modest sized and am doing 16:8 IF, but feel kind of lost without being able to track things. Does anyone have some advice or ideas?
