My mother is 57 years old. She has been restricting calories from 13th October 2018 and exercising as well.
She used MyFitnessPal and aimed to keep calories to 1300 calories, but would often end up taking about 1000 calories.
She has stopped using the app since a couple of weeks ago, partly because somehow all her added foods have disappeared and she doesn't want to re input them
Her exercise consists of cardio with some light weights. I would say it is a mix of low intensity cardio with some HIIT
Since 13 october (about 7 weeks) she has gone from 181 pounds to 178 pounds. She is about 5 foot 4 inches
She isnt happy with her rate of weight loss, although she feels more fit physically and it looks like she has lost weight from her neck and face
We were wondering if you guys had any advice for her
