Combo pack progress of 40 lbs weight loss and transition! Did this much on calorie counting, and just switched to keto. :)

I've been moving in hella slow motion. The first pic is Feb 2016-- I lost 38 lbs that year, then was pretty happy with where I was and stopped. I wasn't at goal, but I was just pleased with my size and energy and wanted to stop, so I did.

About a year into that, I got shot fatigue and quit testosterone. I had been maintaining, but at that point I gained back about 15lbs. And then in 2019 decided I wanted to hit my original goal weight.

I also got back on testosterone-- it's funny, T is notorious for weight gain, but I always gain when I'm off it, lol. Probably something to do with general wellbeing. I unsurprisingly dealt with a lot of depression issues before transition, and those seem to come back when I'm off T, sooo not messing around with that anymore! Just keeping my levels steady and moving onward.

I've lost about 20 lbs this year, dropping in the spring and then quitting for the summer and doing maintenance. Now that it's fall, I'm on keto and excited, because I'm breaking into new territory on the scale. I hit 186 today and that was lower than my lowest marked record, so it's all fresh ground from here!

Here's to finally getting back on the horse and doing the last leg towards my goal! :D
