No idea how to explain this but I’ll try.
I have lost about 10 kg since july. I have been working out 6-7 days a week and been doing IF/omad. But it all feels.. fake somehow. Like it’s a dream and I’ll wake up and the scale will show a 10kg gain. Or that diets are supposed to be difficult and a test of discipline. I know logically the best thing is to find something you can do forever, which is if/omad for me. I have no idea how to explain it.
What inspired me to post this was me checking my bmi and putting my new weight in. It feels like I’m lying to the website somehow. Is this something everyone goes through?
