Hey. So the post title basically sums everything up, but here’s a little more information too.
I’m tired of being overweight. I decided to start being more cognizant of portion sizes, calories I’m eating, and doing things like cutting out soda. I’m using MyFitnessPal to track what I eat because I like to keep records.
I have a heart condition and a joint (simplified explanation) condition that make it so that I can’t exercise enough to make any difference with weight loss.
Basically, I’m already frustrated and feel stuck. Is this just one of those “suck it up and keep going” things? Or does anyone have advice? I don’t want to give up, but I do get discouraged easily, and I’d love any advice anyone could give. Thanks 💚
