I'm one month into losing weight after gaining some having 4 surgeries during 2 years and not being able to move as much as I wanted or being able to work out. Also, I was home a lot, not having much to do besides healing, so I ate more, especially during barbecue time. Guilty pleasures... I started taking up working out a month ago (3 times per week) and was instantly motivated to also watch what and especially how much I eat. I've since lost 4 pounds, but would NEVER have made it without all the otivation from the sub.
Thank you to the woman that posted about how much her cycle influences her weight loss. It kept me from "eating all the things in anger" while the scale would't budge in two weeks. YOU were my lifesaver.
Thank you to all the people posting progress pics, you kept me blieving in myself and envisaging what I could look like in a few months.
Thank you for the stories that motivated me to continue to watch my calorie intake and not have a cheat day 4 times a week. Thank you for giving me the motivation to keep working out.
I know I'm just a month in, but after seeing and feeling the results after such a short time, I really can't stop on my way to a healtier, stronger me.
Thank you so much!!
