2020 goal: see my abs for the first time of my life. Currently have normal BMI for my height and im getting skinny everywhere but my belly after losing more than 35 kgs in about 3 years.

I need some advice on how to lose this fat, I didn’t exercise to lose weight, instead i used to walk a lot and carry heavy objects whilst walking as a part of my job, i really want this belly to go and a chance to see my abs for the first time, idk if its allowed but here’s some pics to elaborate:

I’m 28 years old male, my height is 176 cm and i weigh about 74.5 KGs, i was always an obese kid and loved fast food/soda, now i’m curious whether i need to do cardio, weights or core strength exercises and whether i need a supplement to add to my routine or not, I don’t like taking weight loss pills/shakes and i would rather do it myself, all i take is some pre-workout when i hit the gym (which isn’t that frequent) and i just got me some whey protein as i heard it helps with boosting metabolism.

My ultimate goal is to see my abs once before i die 😅

Any input is greatly appreciated!!
