I don’t know what I’m doing wrong

I’m 19f, began my weight loss journey in September 2020 with about 20 pounds to lose to minimize my risk for genetic type 2 diabetes. By November 2020, I’d lost 12 pounds - and since then, nothing. I have no idea what I’m doing wrong. I eat about 1200 calories a day and exercise for an hour and a half of Pilates 4-5 days a week.

I ate every holiday meal in my calories, drank lots of water, recalculated TDEE and measured everything I ate fastidiously until I figured that there must be another reason why I’m not losing weight.

I’ve been on birth control for five years now and I’m wondering if any women here are finding it difficult to ditch the last ten pounds on birth control. Or maybe it’s because I started exercising at the same time I stopped losing weight - but it’s been months since then. I’m just completely stalling, I’d love any advice about how to finally lose the lingering weight.
