Trying To Lose 200lbs, Please Critique What I Eat.

Hello, first poster here. I am a woman in her late 30s, 6 feet, and 400 pounds. This year I’ve decided I truly need to lose the weight. I also realized I’m good at staying on track when i record everything I’m doing and share with others. So I have made the promise to myself to dedicate this year to recording every thing I consume and post it in the public for accountability. I post my food intake daily on TikTok, and people commenting there have been extremely helpful (They suggested I come over here for more help).

Everyone that has looked at the food I’ve been consuming have basically said I don’t eat enough. Which I was kind of aware of. Since I’m so large, my daily calorie intake is supposed to be around 3000 cal, but daily i usually consume 1500 to 1700 cal. I am completely satisfied with the food that I eat and I honestly do not have an appetite anymore. Something I discovered last year while in quarantine is that I had a bingeing problem. And that bingeing problem was triggered by sugars and complex carbs. So, to avoid bingeing, I completely eliminated those foods from my diet. And replace them with more satiating meals, which pretty much involves protein, a fat, and some type of vegetable. I have absolutely no desire to eat more and sometimes I feel sick when I try. I feel great on what I’m eating right now, but I’m also concerned that in the future I will not have the ability to lose weight because my metabolism would be messed up. People have also been telling me that I should not illuminate foods in my diet because that is a one-way ticket to regaining weight down the road. I feel frustrated, because if I just have a little bit of sugar, I end up going crazy. I don’t have the discipline yet to have a tiny piece of chocolate, or just one slice of pizza. Also, my weight is attributed to the insane amount of binging I’ve done over the years, and I’m really trying to stop that. Has anyone else had this issue? If so, how did you take care of it? I truly do not want to start drinking gross ProTien shakes and eating protein bars, because eating those things literally makes me so angry, LOL. But I’m still trying to figure out ways to up calories so that I can keep sustainable weight loss.

I do want to add that I totally plan on having one cheat day a month so I just don’t deny myself of all the foods, but at the same time I know at this point in my life I can’t have little treats here and there daily or even weekly.

Also, If anyone is curious, here is a video of my food from last week. https://youtu.be/vJ_YVhh1Oho I lost 10 pounds!
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
