Hi all. I’m trying again to get my weight down to a healthy level. Counted yesterday as day one, weighed in, took a “before” picture, tracked all my intake on MFP... I’m excited but the road ahead is long.
I’m trying to persuade my husband to take this journey with me as he also has some weight he needs to lose and we’re terrible influences on each other when it comes to food. He doesn’t seem motivated to start yet. I’m gonna keep encouraging him, but I could really use somebody to share encouragement with me as well.
I’m 35F, 5’10, SW 260lb (I know 😩). Initially my goal is to get back to Onederland, but BMI calculators say I need to be at 150 or so? I was around 175 when I got married 8 years ago, and I felt really good in my body then, even though I was technically overweight. Anyway, if you want to be my weight loss buddy, please PM me so we can add each other on MFP.
