So much information......

Is anyone else just totally overwhelmed by the amount of weight loss/nutrition information out there?? I’m 45/M/5”10’/215, I’ve always hovered around the 200-210 range and I’d like to be somewhere around 185-190. I’ve never really “dieted” before and I’ve started doing some research. There’s just soooo much conflicting info out there, CICO, Keto, fasting, macros, macros don’t matter, high protein, low protein, it’s just all overwhelming.

I’m sure they all probably work to some degree, and being able to consistently maintain whatever you choose is the best option, but damn, it’s a lot to take in.....
