I was doing well with weight loss and exercise until a traumatic accident. I have a herniated disc in my lower back so need something gentle. However I also need something that will help switch my mind off. I used to enjoy walking or using an exercise bike whilst listening to music but now I'm finding my mind is wandering to replaying the trauma even with music. I was wondering if anyone had suggestions to exercise and switch my mind off at the same time. Plus any tips to stop comfort eating.
