Hi guys. F/26 I’m a stay at home mom to an almost one year old. I weigh ~275lbs and am 5’10
I’m really wanting to lose weight. I want to be healthier so I can be there more for my son. I’m kind of at a loss with what to do. I know I need to restrict calories, but to what degree? And I have a pretty jacked up back. What exercises can I do that’ll help? My confidence is at an all time low. I am either an avid binge eater or I forget to eat until night time and eat way more than I should.
I would love any advice you have for me.
