When did you start noticing the weight loss?

I have been doing CICO and exercising everyday for the last month and a half. I don’t eat back anything burned with exercise. The scale is moving, I’ve gone from 350 to 329 and yet I still feel gross and like the weight loss is nonexistent.

I know it’s a lifestyle change and I’m in it for the long haul so I’m not letting this deter the progress I’ve already made but I’m just curious when other people who started at a similar weight actually started to see some results?

In the meantime, I’m leaning on other things that are validating my progress as motivators. I don’t feel like food controls my life anymore, I’m getting more flexible every week, I’m spending more time being active with my kids, and I’m enjoying the meditation time I get during my daily exercise. Just would be nice to see the physical results at some point too. Thanks everyone!
