Little back story. Been almost a year since I almost died. Went to ER severely septic. Lost part of my foot and require the use of a special orthotic boot to walk now. Was 290 before getting sick and left 242 in the ER. Lost a lot of muscle in the process. Have rebuilt some of that now through BWF progression and resistance bands. Wanting to get my weight down to 225-230 area. I'm disabled from the right leg damage and other mental disorders so I can't goto a gym. I have access to a magnetic rower and 200 lbs of resistance bands. Having a hard time figuring out my diet routine. Been tracking with myfitnesspal for 3 weeks now and stopped snacking. Don't eat after 6 pm and eat around 8 am breakfast. Is my weight loss not happening as of yet due to body restructuring? Or am i messing up somewhere? Any tips or advice are welcome. Trying to get control of this before I end up losing my leg so I don't struggle with the transition period. Thanks in advance.
