how to wake up earlier??

one of my bigger obstacles to health and weight loss has been time. we all have a daily grind with family and work obligations eating into our afternoons and nights. the obvious answer is to simply get it done in the morning, make exercise THE priority. and as much as we like to talk about food and eating, i find that a big personal weakness for me is sleep. i'm a night owl and early mornings are just not my thing. but that's part of my goal for this year is to shift the beginning of my day 90 minutes earlier.

how do you do it? if you're a late sleeper, how have you successfully changed your morning wake up time?
