Hi! I’ve been maintaining my weight at 207lbs (18/f, 5’4’’) for the past three months now and I finally feel ready to go on a weight loss journey. However, I struggle with binge eating and I often find it hard to find the motivation to exercise. Every time I’ve tried to lose weight in the past, I found myself giving up as soon as I did something “wrong”. Wether it was eating above my calorie goal or skipping a workout. I live in a small apartment and I am self isolating so it’s hard to find a good workout to do. I think that I need to go easier on myself this time while also being more disciplined, and I have no idea how to do that. I know that I can do it, I just don’t know how to stay consistent with my efforts and habits. I’ve fallen off track so much before that it almost seems impossible to stay consistent for once.
