Im an 18 yeard old male . (179cm)I started weight loss journey around the 18th of sep and i was 86kg. I set my target at 70kg even though i would i have like to be a little lower but 70 was more realistic . I first started with different diets but i would just he in a bad mood all day and find it hard to concentrate in school. I decided rather still eat what i like but of course counting calories and i started training which was easier for me than others as ive always liked and enjoyed sport.i could barely run 1km or do 50 skips. Due to my diet becoming less strict i became happier and training was the best thing for my mental health which i wouod say helped through the entire journey. Anyway fast track its 6 months later and i have finally reached 70kg , i can run 5km easily and skip 1200 a day . The best part of the weight loss journey is the self confidence ive built and ive become a happier person. I just wanted to say thanks for all the tips that ive read in this subreddit and my journey to maintenance begins now
