Weight Loss Trouble

I am a 24 y/o female. I weigh 205 pounds and i am 5’7. My goal weight for my body is 160-165. I started Orangetheory January 1st and take anywhere from 6-9 classes a week (mix of 60 minute 3GS and 45 minute LIFT classes usually directly after the 60 minute). I have not lost a single pound. My sister is a dietitian- her and those she works with think my diet is perfect. I have gotten bloodwork done- all normal. Why is it so hard for me to lose weight? I burn anywhere from 550-950 ACTIVE cals a day and went from virtually nothing to high intensity 7 days a week. Eating in a deficit confuses me but I do eat anywhere from 1650-1950 cals a day. No fried foods, hardly any sugar, gluten free and generally dairy free. I am at a loss and so frustrated I want to cry. I can’t even look at myself in the mirror.
