Scale weight staying the same even after tracking calories

Hey all,

I started my weight loss journey about a month back at 206 lbs.

I constantly track calories and weigh, measure every meal and snack that I consume throughout the day.

In my first two weeks I lost about 6 lbs which was due to the loss in water weight and depleted glycogen stores as I am now eating fewer carbs.

After that I lost about 4 pounds and got noticeably leaner.

But for the last two weeks, even after constant tracking and logging I’ve stayed at the same weight of 196 lbs (with some fluctuation).

Anyone have any reasons as to why this could be?
