Hey, I’m gonna preface this with I’ve struggled with eating disorders in the past and I’m really trying not to go back to that life. I wanna find a healthy way to lose weight. My goal weight is 125-30, I’m around 150. I was my goal weight for about a year, but recently in the last couple of months I’ve gained about 25 pounds. I am transgender, so I am on hormones (testosterone) which causes me to be hungry ALL THE TIME. I struggle to fight this hunger. I exercise often. I walk often 6-9 miles a day (due to my job and just personal exercise) but no weight loss more than likely due to how much I eat. Any ideas? Much appreciated !
