About myself : 23F, 5’6
SW : 102 kgs ; CW : 83.4 kgs
I have PCOD and IBS so my weight loss journey anyway becomes frustrating because I don’t see results fast. I started my journey in February and I am proud of how far I have come but I am scared of not being able to lose weight on my thighs, stomach and especially upper back fat. Anybody has some suggestions or can share their experience with this kind of fear. I stay in calorie deficit and my workout isn’t complex. 30 minutes cardio in the morning 30 minutes of strength training in the evening and 45 minutes of brisk walk.
