SW:88.5kg GW:80kg CW: 78.5kg. M 6ft
I started this weight loss journey mainly because i was the heaviest i have ever been, but also because i couldn’t drink for 6 months anyway due to medication I’m on. Without the odd heavy drink weekend with associated take away etc Ive managed to make great progress while just limiting my calories. I don’t know if i went about it the most healthy way, considering i have been reasonably inactive and just in a calorie deficit, but the results are worth it for me at least. I don’t really see a huge difference in the mirror but definitely notice the extra room in clothes and slight reduction in face fat. My goal was 80 by christmas, but seemingly i was better at sticking to it than i thought. I almost feel like its crazy the amount of food i would just eat in one sitting a few months ago. Since i am losing a good bit of weight ill try push my goal to dead centre healthy range for my height, maybe around 75kg-70kg. I’m sure a fair amount of the weight loss has been muscle, but i am planning on building that back up when I’m done with this weight loss anyway.
