Hello there fellow weight losers! I have a question, and request a bit of advice.
Over the course of 2021, I went from 250 to 178 pounds, my weight loss only started to really kick off after the winter ended (when I could go on jogs and stuff).
So, winter has rolled around again, an HOLY CRAP IT IS COLD. I was always the dude who'd wear shorts in the winter, and would almost never wear my coat. Now when I'm walking around with my coat on, I am still dying.
Is this a normal side effect of losing weight? Cause I haven't lost too much, I didn't think it would affect me this much. I hope this is normal, and not some underlying issue.
If this has happened to anyone else, how do you stay warm? I'm wearing a thick coat and hood, mask, gator, boots, and all that good stuff, and I'm still shivering constantly, any advice? Thanks!
