What’s in your toolkit?

Howdy friends! Wondering if we could share our ❤️healthy❤️top 10’s for weight loss/maintenance today. Y’all always inspire me🤠

I’ll go first !

  1. Sparkling 💧 water (la croix!)
  2. The Peloton App & my cheap exercise 🚲
  3. Black Coffee
  4. My scale - and weighing in most days
  5. “Gentle” Intermittent Fasting (16-8)
  6. Giving myself a break (eating whatever I want) meal sometimes!
  7. Volume eating (bulk up meals with veggies)
  8. Buying the best produce I can find, cutting it up & keeping it easily accessible
  9. Locking up (with a bike lock!!) my kids “snack” cabinet during the day
  10. Being kind to myself & remembering this is a new way of life & a constantly fluctuating, ever-changing process— one that should be continually tweaked to fit your life!! It’s not something you “do” and then it’s “done.”
