- The Peloton App & my cheap exercise 🚲
- Black Coffee
- My scale - and weighing in most days
- “Gentle” Intermittent Fasting (16-8)
- Giving myself a break (eating whatever I want) meal sometimes!
- Volume eating (bulk up meals with veggies)
- Buying the best produce I can find, cutting it up & keeping it easily accessible
- Locking up (with a bike lock!!) my kids “snack” cabinet during the day
- Being kind to myself & remembering this is a new way of life & a constantly fluctuating, ever-changing process— one that should be continually tweaked to fit your life!! It’s not something you “do” and then it’s “done.”
