Can dehydration stall weight loss?

SW 254 CW 246 height 5 ft 4 Hi all, so (obviously) I’m on my weight loss journey, and I’m calorie tracking to 1800 calories. When I started tracking I was losing about 2lbs per week, but the last two weeks I’ve only only 0.75lbs. I am terrible at drinking, and I have no doubts that I’m dehydrated. Could this be the cause of this sudden slowing down in my weight loss? I know often you will lose at a higher rate at the beginning, but I should be eating at enough of a deficit to contribute to higher losses? I should preface this by saying that I count and weigh everything. Thanks for any help :)
