Hello All, I really enjoy reading all ur weight loss stories & journeys. Im having a hard time figuring out a routine that works for me to start loosing weight. I am a 28 yr old female 5’7” 183lbs trying to get to 138 lbs. I currently am cutting 500 calories and exercising 20 mins 3 days a week (treadmill 20 mins-2 mins on 3.8 walking with 3lbs weights & jogging 2 mins on 5.7 no incline) If anyone has any preferred workouts that really helped and meal guides (easy recipes i dislike cooking) it would be much appreciated!
