I’m 6’4” went from 198 to 171 currently. I’m small framed. I’ve noticed that my breast tissue has reduced a bit, but otherwise I still noticeably have boobs, and a lot of fat on my tummy and hips. I am supposedly a healthy weight but still look unhealthy/kinda chubby despite the diet and exercise.
Does it take time for this to redistribute? Or what am I doing wrong/how can I tone up my physique not withstanding the weight loss part?
