24m SW: 211, GW: 170, CW: 199.6
Hello! I started a very sedentary job 6 months ago and I gained ~20 lbs by eating poorly, never exercising, and going from being at a desk to being at another desk when I go home. I was around 190 before.
For the past month, I’ve been cooking 99% of my meals, I go to the gym 5-6 times a week, and I count my calories (I have a tendency to obsess, so I am very careful with this).
This morning I weighed under 200 lbs again and it feels amazing to see it just even a month pay off. Sure, most of it was probably water weight but it’s such a great boost. I’m definitely expecting my weight loss to slow down but I’m gonna remain consistent to make sure I hit these goals 💪🏻
