I have a big problem with the “all or nothing” approach to weight loss. I just get so excited when I come up with a solid plan and I want to do everything at once for “optimal results.”
Of course, I rebound fairly quickly every time, which leads to gaining more weight. Then I go hard and fail all over again.
So lately, I’ve been thinking of baby steps. I’ve already come up with one - replacing my latte habit with regular coffee and a bit of creamer. But I’d like to know - what baby steps have worked for you? How did they build up momentum?
