One of my biggest setbacks in weight loss has been boredom and bad habits. I want to stop binging and snacking, but it's hard to because that's all my family has really taught me. Every night it was snacks and 5 hours of sofa time.
So I ask you, when your overeating is from idle snacking, what changes do you make to stop? At this point, it feels like I've just been conditioned to sit in front of the tv and snack for five hours a day. How do I stop?
