I have been lurking here for a few weeks and thought I would introduce myself. I am a 55 year old female. I started this weight loss journey on May 28. I joined Planet Fitness and started IF on that date. I weighed 195.6 lbs when I began.
Since then I have been fasting 17 hours every day. I have only gone over my calories 2 times. I have been to the gym 6 days a week doing cardio and weight training.
As of yesterday I weighed 190.2. I am 5 feet tall by the way. My first goal is 175 lbs because I want to go slow. I have lost weight often in the past and want this time to be a permanent life change.
I have found lots of inspiration here. I hope with the extra support that I can be successful this time.
