Anyone here had success with just doing their 10,000 steps a day and no other exercise? Due to disability and chronic pain I’m severely limited in my activities. I can walk, but that’s about it. I’m feeling discouraged as everyone else on a weight loss journey I feel like gets to enjoy fitness classes and active hobbies. Any success stories here from similar folks? Could really use some motivation today. Thanks :)
