Just looking to see if anyone has experience with immediately stopping calorie counting and maintaining their weight loss after their goal was achieved ? Obviously still eating healthy, but more amounts, using common sense, continuing exercise, being mindful of portions still etc, but NOT counting a single calorie anymore and also having some treats in moderation or eating out once or twice a week? Is it possible?
