Hello, so I’ve been losing around 9lb/month(2.25lb/week) and have been feeling healthy and good doing so.
Today, I weighed myself and feel so gutted. This has been a harsh month because I’ve had 2 occasions- Anniversary and family members birthday, both of which I counted calories for.
I may have gone over by around 500 calories for each. Only thing is that would be less than a lb difference in honesty. I’ve also walked 2000 steps extra avg per day this month compared to last.
So why have I only dropped Just under 5lb and not say 7-8lb? My eating habits haven’t changed, I have drunk more cans of Pepsi max this month though. Should I lower my calories from 2200 to 2000(I’m 6’1,sedentary)? Thanks!
