22 days ago I decided to starting losing some weight to get back to my pre university days. 6’1” M 207lbs 25 yrs, my plan was maybe over 3-6 months I would get down to about 185 or so. Today I’m 190, 17 pounds in less than a month.
The only change I’ve made to my lifestyle is cut out most junk foods or “empty calories”. I’ve been diligent about tracking and average around 2000 cal a day.
I’ve always heard that you shouldn’t lose weight too fast and wanted to get a second opinion. Am I missing something/ should I be worried or is this relatively normal for someone my age?
