Hello Everyone. I’m 5’6” ~190 lbs female, 49 years old. I want to finally, take charge of my health and fitness.
I would really like to connect with people with similar demographics and weight loss goals. I have gained 50 lbs in the last 5 years, menopause has something to do with it but also, I know I’ve lost muscle mass.
