Hey! I'm tryna lose some weight, and i am wondering if this is a good weight loss dinner. I have a pretty big appetite, so i kinda want a big dinner to get full. I have eaten this for a while now, i am just wondering if its a good weight loss meal.
1 medium chicken breast (baked in the oven), marinated in this marinade https://www.recipetineats.com/asian-marinated-chicken/ (About 1,5tbsp per).
3 Medium potatoes, chopped up and oven baked without any added fat/oil, dipped in habanero hot sauce.
Some iceberg lettuce, cucumber, corn and bell pepper on the side.
