Hi. I am going to start going to the gym and to put it simply, I am obese and I am not proud of that which is why I want to start going to the gym. My goal at the moment is to lose weight. My question however is, what exercises or machines and things like that should I use to maximise weight loss, I do know about calorie deficit and how that helps but I just want to know what I should do in the gym to help me.
