I'm looking for things that anyone can incorporate into their life fairly easily to promote both weight loss and overall health.
I'll start: Don't underestimate the importance of sleep. Going to bed at a decent time will not only leave you rested and energized for the next day, but a lot of us make worse diet choices late at night.
