i keep hearing people say that “maybe you’re just thirsty, not hungry” and i notice that i don’t drink enough water every day but i do eat enough to maintain my weight. I want to lose some weight, so would i up my water intake? I carry a 1L water bottle with me daily and refill it 2-3 times. I still find that i eat quite a lot even if i have water before a meal. Sometimes i feel full after a meal and have forgotten to drink water until then, which makes me even fuller and difficult to get a lot of water down.
