Hi everyone, I’m excited to share that I am finally making some changes to improve my health. Currently, I weigh 93 kilograms and my goal is to get down to 88 kilograms. To kickstart my journey, I’ve decided to commit to a 60-day morning walk challenge where I will walk for 60 minutes every day. I am hoping that this will help me build momentum and create a healthy habit. I know it won’t be easy. Wish me luck!
