I’ve been trying out a couple of variations when it comes to calorie deficit and every app i’ve used says that I should be eating around 1700 and I’ve been doing that for 3 weeks but I’ve seen no weight loss. Then I slowly started lowering my calories until I was eating around 1.200-1.300 calories a day and that’s when I saw significant weight loss. Is this sustainable? Should I keep this pace and not eat more or up my calories back to 1.700 or more ( I’ve seen some cases where they start losing weight when they start eating more). Any help is welcomed, thank you!
