I've been on a weight loss journey since early last year, but after a brief period of time where for 2 months straight I saw 0 weight loss despite having a steady diet and going to the gym regularly, I stopped checking my weight completely
I've since lost a lot of weight (dropped a shirt size and pant size) and I'm still trying to lose what I assume is about 30lbs more, but I still have this fear in my mind that if I were to check my weight I'd still see that same fucking number that I saw for 2 months straight
